Are there shuttles to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! All guests MUST use the shuttle as there is NO parking available on site. You do not have to stay at the Omni hotel to utilize this complimentary shuttle and it runs all evening. There will be signs all over the Omni plantation directing you to pickup spots. Tell the security gate you are attending the Scott wedding. The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. The shuttle runs beginning at 3:45pm. The last pickup is 4:10pm sharp. Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a lot of vacation home rentals on the island - this is the most popular option. If you prefer to stay in a hotel, here are a few recommendations! We do not have hotel blocks reserved or discounted rates. When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive NO LATER than 4:15pm. You may arrive earlier. If you arrive after 4:15pm you may not be seated. Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30. Thank you!

Unplugged ceremony

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We respectfully request that guests do not take any photographs during the ceremony so our talented photographers and videographers are able to capture our special moment - we appreciate your presence and your full attention to our wedding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please come in your best cocktail or semi-formal attire, and bring your dancing shoes! If you wish to color coordinate light shades of blues, greens, and purples would be delightful - but only if you feel so inclined. Ladies, please no red or white. Petal & pup is a great website for shopping or inspiration.

All rooms in the shared Airbnb’s are currently accounted for. If you would like assistance in finding a place to stay please reach out!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

What’s a celebration without champagne! A premium open bar will be available during cocktail hour and reception. Non-alcoholic versions of our signature cocktails will be available. All gratuity has been taken care of.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invite will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding! Please respond with the name of your guest on your RSVP, if you only list your name we will assume you are attending by yourself.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. Consider it a fun weekend getaway! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
