What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the venue at 3:30 pm for a 4:00 pm start.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony space is outdoors and is covered. The cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

Will there be a shuttle available between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle. The Pepin Motel is 0.5 miles from the venue. Please plan accordingly.
