The Colonial Hotel will be the singular spot for our entire wedding day. Guests are encouraged to call the front desk and ask for rooms available in the block for Abigail Meyer and Ryan Perkins for the discounted room rate. Please note that our room block closes on July 30th. Room rate: $229.95 (double occupancy)

Boston Logan International Airport

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the best airport option for our wedding. Our venue is about an hour west of Boston.

Train

Back Bay Train Station

For guests preferring to travel by train (Amtrak), Back Bay Station will get you into Boston, roughly an hour from our venue.

Rental Car

Booking a rental car

We recommend booking a rental car for your party to get from Boston to Gardner, and so your party can attend the Friday night event as well as enjoy the area around Gardner the day of the wedding! If your party would prefer to book a ride share to and from the venue, typical charges are about $120+ for one way (~1 hr trip) from Boston. Be advised the Friday night event and the Sunday Farewell event will be a 8-10 minute drive from the hotel/venue.
