What do I do with the recipe card that came with the invitations?

Answer

There should have been a small instruction card included with the invitation but please fill out the recipe card with your favorite recipe (food or drink) and bring it with you to the wedding. There will be a collection box for them at both the welcome event and the actual wedding. Also, we do not mind "messy" handwriting at all!

Semi-Formal, please no jeans. It will be late August in Colorado and could become chilly in the evening.

What time is the Shuttle from the Parker Hotel to the Venue?

Answer

The Bus will be staged at the hotel at 3:45pm for a 4:00pm departure. If your plan is to take the shuttle and you did not book through our hotel block, (via the link on this website) please contact Abby (951) 201-7509 so she can make sure there are enough seats

What time is the shuttle(s) from the Venue back to the hotel?

Answer

There will be two returning shuttles. One will be at the venue at 9:15pm for a 9:30pm departure, and the other will be there at 10:45pm for an 11:05pm departure

We have booked a shuttle service from "The Parker Hotel" to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. The shuttle(s) will depart from the hotel at 3:45pm and 4:00pm. And there will be a shuttle back to the hotel at 9:00pm and 11:00pm. So feel free to have a blast!
