What should I wear? What shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress in your best colorful semi formal or cocktail attire. Think bright colors, soft pastels, and floral prints to match our whimsical wildflower theme. Please avoid white or very dark colors and skip casual attire like jeans.

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. Parts of the celebration will take place outdoors. The venue grounds are open for guests to walk around and there will be yard games. The venue includes grass, gravel, and uneven paths, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Will there be food?

Yes. Dinner will be featuring Chick fil A's classic favorites and there will be snacks during cocktail hour.

What kind of drinks will be available?

Answer

The bar will be stocked with beer and hard seltzers along with two specialty cocktails. One will be a Jack and Coke and the other will be a strawberry tequila cocktail. We also have plenty water and soda for our sober guests.

Will there be shade if it is sunny?

Answer

Yes. There will be plenty of shaded areas available so guests can stay cool and comfortable.

Should I bring bug spray?

We will have plenty of bug spray available for guests to use.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking will be available at the venue and is a short walking distance to the ceremony.

Should I bring cash?

Answer

No. Food and drinks are covered for guests.

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

There will be assigned tables for dinner but not assigned seats. Once you find your table you are welcome to sit wherever you would like. We have no assigned seating for the ceremony portion.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We love photos and encourage guests to capture moments during the reception. During the ceremony we kindly ask that phones stay tucked away so everyone can be present.

Where should we share photos from the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see all the moments you capture. Please hang on to the photo album QR code that will be at your table. You can scan it to upload photos and videos to our shared album.

What will the reception be like?

Answer

After cocktail hour, we will kick things off with our grand entrance, enjoy dinner together, share our first dance, cut the cake, and play a few fun games before the evening continues.

What if the weather is bad?

Answer

Don't worry! We have a backup plan to keep everyone comfortable and the celebration going and will move our entire ceremony and reception indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive about 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park and find a seat.
