Photography session with Bride & Groom

5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

This hour will be dedicated to taking photos. The bride & groom request the opportunity to take photos with all guests, and all guests will have the opportunity to take family/group photos if they wish. Digital copies will be available for download when ready, physical prints will not be offered.

Welcome Event

5:45 pm - 6:00 pm

After guests have taken their photos, they will head inside to the lovely lobby, where they can relax and mingle before the reception begins, while the bride and groom are being photographed.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Snacks and a Boysenberry Punch Fountain will be available throughout.

Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Galbreath!

6:15 pm - 6:30 pm

Upon the newlyweds' arrival to the reception, there will be some toasts/speeches. The bride & groom request all guests to please feel free to take the opportunity to say anything they wish, whether it be to, for, or about the couple.

First Dance

6:30 pm - 6:45 pm

The bride and groom will have their first dance as husband and wife. The parents' dances will follow, then all guests can join in.

Dinner

7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Water, coffee, tea, sparkling cider, and champagne will be served with dinner. A Boysenberry Punch Fountain will be available throughout the reception. A carving station with Roast New York will be available throughout dinner service in addition to the plated meal. A detailed menu will be included at each guest's table setting. Please include any children's age(s), dietary restrictions, or allergies in your RSVP.

Cake

8:15 pm - 8:30 pm

The newlyweds will cut the cake, and the cake will be served to guests.* *Any guests with dietary restrictions will have a pre-approved dessert available to them.

Party & Karaoke

8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

There will be music and karaoke while everyone celebrates, socializes, and enjoys the party.

Farewell

10:30 pm - 10:30 pm

The bride and groom would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for being with them on this day to celebrate this joyous occasion of such a long, long...LONG awaited marriage! 🥂
