What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal ~ Think fall colors! For women a floor-length or midi dress. Perhaps a nice jumpsuit! For men a suit and tie or collard shirt and slacks.

Please RSVP by August 15th. You can do so right on our website under the RSVP tab.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones. Please check your invitation — if it includes “and Guest,” then you’re welcome to bring a plus one.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for a more adult evening, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration kid-free with the exception of children in the wedding. We hope you understand!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttle busses running from Hotel Viata to and from our venue. Details and times are posted on the Travel page.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. In case of bad weather, we have a backup plan to keep everyone comfortable! It might be chilly!

We will have an open bar with small bites served during cocktail hour and a BBQ buffet for dinner.
