Ryan and Sinead first met as teenagers—Ryan was 16 and Sinead was 14—through mutual friends. Back then, Ryan still had hair, and Sinead was sporting a perm with blonde highlights, very 2006. From the start, there was an instant connection. What began as a simple introduction quickly turned into a close friendship that carried them through high school and into college as they both attended Roger Williams University. Over time, that friendship grew into something deeper, built on years of shared memories, laughter, and growing up together. While life took them different places over the years, they never lost touch. The pair reconnected at the end of 2024 when Sinead moved back home to Rhode Island. Now, more than 20 years after they first met, they’re so excited to begin their next chapter as husband and wife.
