Closest hotel, $130 a night. The hotel is 8 minutes from the venue and 30 minutes from the airport/downtown. The Marriot across the street is similar price and might be a little nicer. Neither is doing hotel blocks, due to COVID, but there should be no issue getting rooms.

House Or Rental

Airbnb/VRBO/home rentals

There are a few nice (and pretty affordable) vacation homes/Airbnbs/VRBOs to rent around the area if you want to go that route. The venue highly recommended "The Lodge at Piney Brook" which sleeps 10 people and has a hot tub and fire pit. The larger houses book up fast, so hurry! There are also a variety of hotel options downtown.

Flight

Nashville International Airport

The airport is 30 minutes south west of the reception location and hotel. This is a $20-30 Uber or Lyft ride and they have rental cars at the airport.
