What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 3:30-3:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM and you may risk missing it if you are late!

What should I wear?
Answer
We want you to look and feel your best so wear whatever helps you do just that -within reason of course! Please consider cocktail or semi- formal attire :) Outfit Help for the Men: A suit or just a dress shirt and dress pants is fine if you are more comfortable in that! Outfit Help for the Women: Cocktail dress or jumpsuit with heels or sandals!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

GETTING TO THE VENUE: If staying at hotel block - Mahalo, a shuttle service is included with your stay. Please arrange a ride with the front desk! Most other hotels are within walking distance. However, If not within walking distance or do not wish to walk, please consider using Uber/Lyft! LEAVING FROM THE VENUE: *IF YOU ARE STAYING IN CAPE MAY ONLY* There are golf cart shuttles arranged to be at the venue at 10 PM following the reception exclusively for wedding guests to take you to wherever you are staying or want to go after the wedding!

Is the wedding outdoors? Is it directly on the beach?
Answer
The ceremony as well as cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the beach deck. The reception will be held indoors in the ballroom. *In the event of rain, ceremony will be moved indoors and held in the ballroom. While the venue is located on the beach, there is no part of the ceremony or reception that will take place on the actual beach itself or in the sand.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The venue offers a limited number of parking spaces for vendors and guests. Parking spaces will be given on a first come, first serve basis if available upon arrival to the venue. There is also street metered parking for $1.50 an hour around the Hall. This can be paid through the park mobile app for up to 10 hours. Can I bring a date?

We feel incredibly fortunate to have a lot of amazing family and close friends. In order to allow everyone closest to us to attend, we are unable to accommodate any plus ones. We kindly request that you attend solo unless otherwise indicated on your invitation! Please note that if you are granted a plus one, their name or “Guest” will pop up when you enter your name to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones and wish they could join us, this will be an adult-only celebration. We hope you can make arrangements ahead of time and have a fun parents night out!
