FAQs

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see you dressed up with us! Dress code is semi formal or 'Texas' semi-formal, whichever you prefer. Ladies, midi formal, tea-length or floor length dresses. Gentleman, dress shirt & tie, suit or your good jeans, cowboy boots and pearl snap/button down. If you chose to wear jeans and boots we ask that you use your best judgement and avoid pairs that are worn down, dirty, or ripped. Please no t-shirts or shorts including our younger aged guests.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & (name of plus one)." For families, it will list "The (your last name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue we hope you respect that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. We hope you understand and encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4pm to allow time to park, and find your seat. If you are going to be late that's okay! However, we ask that you please do not enter the venue until after the ceremony has concluded as this could disrupt the bride and groom's special moment.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, it will be marked as 'No'. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

Question

I've never been to Texas, what's the weather like?

Answer

Texas tends to stay warmer well into the fall months, however nights can get chilly quick! We recommend you plan for a dry heat of 70s-80s during the day but a brisk 40s-50s as the evening settles in. Please doublecheck the weather before packing your bags...Texas has surprise cold fronts very often in November.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in a shaded area and the reception will be indoors with an outdoor overflow/patio option.
