Are kids welcome?

As much as we love the little ones, this is an adults only event. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Plus one's will be specified on your formal invitation and/or RSVP. Please do not bring a date or additional person unless it is specifically stated as we will not be able to accommodate them.

Is there a dress code?

Will the event be outside?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with an indoor option available. The reception will take place inside. Since the weather might be chilly, we recommend dressing in layers to ensure your comfort throughout the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, so please arrive 15-30 minutes before.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking at the venue location. Please plan on carpooling as much as you can, as parking may be limited. There will be a parking attendant assisting with parking with a golf cart to shuttle you up to the venue for those who may need assistance (or just want to save their legs for dancing!)

Why is this a vegetarian event?
Answer
Ryan and I have both been vegetarian for over 12 years combined. That said, it's really important to us that our wedding represents us as a couple. We hope you will understand and enjoy one vegetarian meal for the night. It will be tasty, we promise!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! If you have a food allergy or restriction, please let us know in the RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Is there a hotel I should stay at?
Answer
We have hotel blocks reserved at The Estes Park Resort. Please see the Travel tab for more detail!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Ride share options like Uber and Lyft are not available in Estes Park. However, there are similar transportation options like Explore Estes (ExploreEstes.com) and JM Concierge (EstesParkRideshare.com) that you can schedule in advanced. These options are limited, so plan ahead!
