Strom-Gully Wedding

FAQs

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund instead of gifts. We would prefer not to use Zola's built-in honeymoon fund since they put a hold on funds and charge you a fee. Please consider using Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle if you want to contribute. Should you decide to get us a physical gift instead, we leave it to you to make appropriate (or inappropriate) decisions. Venmo - @RyalStrom OR @Ash-Gully PayPal - @RStrom Zelle - Find me by phone number 916-308-3738 Cash - box next to the guest book at wedding

Question

How can I help?

Answer

We need clean-up helpers! Stay after the reception and help the clean-up crew!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! Nudity at our wedding is frowned upon but you get to decide how formal or casual you dress.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1:30pm. We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 1 hour before the ceremony is to begin. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, please wait until it is over before joining the festivities.

Question

Is there adaquate parking?

Answer

There is a parking lot that should accommodate all guest vehicles. However, there is always a chance that there are more vehicles than expected and the lot fills up. If this should happen, cars may double park provided they do not block the driveway.

Question

When is the reception over?

Answer

The reception ends at 7:00pm to allow for time to clean-up. You are welcome to stay past 7:00, but we will assume you plan to help clean up and put you to work.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

YES! Your children are welcome at our wedding IF we have been made aware they will be attending by September 20th, 2024. This is so we can plan seating and food appropriately. Childcare is NOT provided and it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of both your children, and the property.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 20th, 2024.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Generally speaking, no. When you RSVP you will see who else is included in your party. Most people do NOT have a plus one unless we could easily assume you would have one. If you would like to bring a date, please reach out before the RSVP deadline and we will see if we are able to accommodate an extra person. This will mostly depend on how many people indicate that they are not coming.
