What time should I arrive

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception is located at Camrose Hills Flowers Studio located at 14587 30th St N, Stillwater, MN 55082.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Space is limited to 70 cars. While we expect that to be plenty, we also encourage carpooling. When you enter the venue, please follow signs to the parking spaces located north of the farm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors. We recommend comfortable footwear suitable for grass and uneven terrain.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The reception will be held under a tent. Please check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Are children invited?

Answer

YES! We love your little ones! Per venue recommendations: there are many opportunities for young imaginative minds to get into trouble at an outdoor event. If there are children present, we ask you to assign childcare to watch over them for their protection and ours.

Our menu will be a buffet style with Asian Cuisine catered through Bonxai Catering.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes but only during cocktail hours. It is limited to beer and seltzer during the cocktail hours. During the reception, it will be a cash bar. They also accept credit cards. Please celebrate responsible and plan transportation accordingly.

Our venue has a beautiful backup plan in place, and the celebration will continue rain or shine.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take and share photos.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying in Stillwater or nearby hotels in Woodbury or Lake Elmo. Visit our travel page for hotel recommendations. We are not affiliated with any hotels, so please book at your own convenience.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated, but it is completely optional. We also have a wedding registry through amazon and can be found in our website. We are grateful simply to celebrate with you.
