We met as bright-eyed (and perpetually sleep-deprived) architecture students during undergrad. Assigned to the same group project, we quickly realized two things: (1) we were going to spend way too much time together, and (2) we had completely opposite working styles. One of us was all about precision and planning (spoiler: or that’s what we thought?), while the other thrived on last-minute bursts of creativity under pressure. Between “friendly debates” over design choices and arguments about who ate the last piece of cheesecake, we somehow became close friends. Who knew that a shared love of beautiful spaces (and tolerating each other’s chaos) would lead to this?
