Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Your invitation will be made out to “[your Name] & Guest if a plus one is given to you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What happens if I do not RSVP?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as “No.” we will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide the total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code? And what color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
The dress code is Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire, so think spring colors. We recommend suit and tie and cocktail dresses. No jeans please! And please avoid shades of white or yellow. Thanks!
Question
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be indoors during the flip for the reception. We recommend a light jacket for the evening.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 6pm, please arrive no later than 5:50pm. Thanks!

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes , our venue has onsite parking!

Are we required to purchase a ticket to get in the estate?
Answer
No! You can enter the estate a few hours before the wedding simply by mentioning Cortez/Johnston wedding party name. If you plan to visit Biltmore House, however, you will need to purchase a reservation time to do so.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate over venue capacity. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you—let’s have a good time!
