Three/Four Day itinerary if visiting Ireland for the first time
Fly into Shannon (you will arrive in the am, rent a car and get on the road!) Stop for breakfast in Adare (beautiful little village with lovely cafe and houses with thatched roofs etc) Then go straight to Killarney (stay for 1/2 nights, one of our favourite places, great town for Irish banter and pubs, stunning scenery outside the town including Ladies View, Gap of Dunloe, Torc Waterfall, Muckross Park and you can go to Dingle for a day trip!) Then back up the coast, you can stop in Dromoland Castle for lunch, drive through a town called Ennis and out to see the Cliffs of Moher... stunning! You could also go surfing in Lahinch. Then onto Galway, cracking place! Great for Guinness and Oysters. Depending on time available head out to Connemara which is beautiful... true rural Ireland! Up to Castle Leslie for the wedding 😊 Dublin on the 10th ... depending how the heads are you may have time to bop around Dublin - Guinness Factory, Temple Bar area...then continue the party that evening.
