Have You Booked Hotel Blocks for The Guests?

The link to book is open! Please check out the "Travel" section. Due to all the events being located at The Beach House, the hotel block is only located there. Please reach out if you have any questions!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

It is Garden Party Formal! Meaning long dresses, floral aspects, spring colors, and formal attire. Attire is dressy, whimsical, between semi-formal and formal attire, with breezy silhouettes. Please avoid wearing white! Inspiration is available under the Dress Code tab! Also, be mindful that it is a beach, so designed to be worn outdoors!

Can I Bring A Plus-One or Additional Guests?

As we wish we could invite everyone, we have limited space. Our invitations will address who is invited to the wedding.

Will Transportation be Provided?

Answer

All events are planned in the hotel facility, no transportation is needed. If planning on staying off-site, you will need to provide your own transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are staying at the Beach House, there is parking provided with your stay. If you are staying off the resort, there is free parking right across the street at the Coligny Beach Parking Lot. Please reach out if you need handicap parking.

Will The Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors the entire time. There will be plenty of shade and areas to cool down, as well as refreshments.

Will There Be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! No need to pay for drinks! Please bring some $ for tips for the lovely bartenders who will be serving us all night! Thank you! We just ask you to drink responsibly and follow any venue guidelines!

How Do I RSVP? Can I change my RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. If you need to change your RSVP, please contact us directly.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

As the ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00 pm, we recommend arriving at 5:30 pm for comfort. Drinks will be provided. If you need shade or a place to sit, the bar at The Porch and Tiki Hut will be open if you arrive earlier than 5:30 pm. Please plan to arrive to Ceremony location between 5:30-5:45 pm. Thank you!

What is the Welcome Party?

Answer

The Welcome Party will be taking place on the lawn of the Tiki Hut Bar at the hotel, Beach House. It is a great way to kick off our wedding weekend! Live music, yard games, and drinks will be available!

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

We're asking guests to honor our unplugged ceremony - that means no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony itself. There will be a set time to take photos, and then you will be asked to put everything away! Our photographer will capture everything, and we'll happily share photos with you later. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!
