Hotel
We have a block reserved for our guests at the Courtyard Lancaster for a one night stay. You have two options for rooms. A Queen room with 2 queen sized beds OR a king room with a king size bed and pull out couch. Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 12:00pm Reservations for the block must be made by June 5th. Please keep in mind that hotels will fill up as this is peak vacation season for Lancaster. Group Code: MRWMRWA Transportation via a shuttle will be provided by Wolf Bus Line for our guests staying at Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Please meet in the lobby area by 4:15 pm on Friday, July 11, 2025. The shuttle will be leaving for The Barn At Silverstone by 4:40 pm. For guests needing to leave our venue early, shuttle will arrive for a first pick up at 9:00 pm. Final shuttle leaves the venue at 10:00 pm to take guests back to the hotel after our reception is over. There will be an after party at the hotel bar. Light snacks and drinks will be provided for our celebration to continue.
