Our wedding meal options are as follows; Starters - Option 1 - Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait with Kumquat & Orange salad and Toasted Brioche. Option 2 - Tomato & Basil Bruschetta with Mozzarella Cheese, Pesto & Balsamic. Main Course - Option 1 - Breast of Chicken with a Crispy Haggis Cake, Turnip Fondant & Whisky Cream Sauce. Option 2 - Roast Sirloin of Beef with Chasseur Sauce, Boulangère Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables. Option 3 - Artichoke Risotto with Gordel Olive & Confit Tomato & Basil. Trio of desserts; Chocolate and Hazelnut Tart, Mango Cheesecake, and Vanilla Ice Cream in a Brandy Snap Basket. Please specify meal preferences for starters and main courses for yourself and any other members within your party. This can be noted in the boxes provided when completing your RSVP.
