This is a traditional Habesha Melsi celebration hosted by the bride’s family to continue celebrating the newlyweds with family and friends. There will be food, music, and dancing.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 10, so we can plan accordingly.

No formal attire required. Traditional or cultural attire encouraged!

Is there parking at or near the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Melsi venue in the lots beside and behind the building. For hotel guests, on-site parking is offered for $62 per day, though availability may be limited. Street parking is also an option in the area. Given that parking can be tight in downtown DC, we encourage guests to consider using the Metro or rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. The Melsi venue is approximately a 20-minute Uber ride from the hotel.
