How did you meet? On August 16th, 2021 (11:15 AM), Luvens saw Ruth walking out of the school where our kids attended. Luvens caught up with her and said “I don’t see a ring on that finger”…Ruth replied, “Well if you don’t see a ring, that means I’m not married…Luvens replied: Well let me get your number and let’s get to know one another”…We made it official just 13 days later. What is your proposal story? While planning her brothers birthday dinner outing…Ruth did not know that she was also planning her engagement. Luvens brought the ring in February. On April 16th, 2022, he had 7 of his friends and family hold a letter of “MARRY ME” while the DJ cranked the classic “I wanna know by Joe”. She said Yes! We got married on September 9th, 2022.
