What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 5pm, however, guests should begin arriving at 4:30 as gates to venue will close once the ceremony begins.

Yes. We ask that every guest come in all black attire.

Please RSVP by March 1st.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. There is plenty of parking at the venue. Be advised that some parking spots are in dirt.

No. Both ceremony and reception are in the same location.

A bit of walking is required to get to hilltop for the ceremony. For the ladies, if wearing heels, please be advised that some walking through uneven up hill and downhill pathways will take place. During cocktail hour guests will have the time to use the restroom, see zoo animals, and take a ride on the zoo train. Once the reception begins all pathways will be closed and all guests must remain on the hilltop. Weather is anticipated to be chilly at night. Bring sweaters/jackets just in case.
