We have chosen to have an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that you turn off all cell phones/cameras/electronic devices and enjoy the moment with us. Trust us...we've hired an amazing photographer to capture these memories! You are welcome to take as many photos as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception but please be mindful of our photographer as she works to capture the best memories of our special day.
Due to limited capacity, only those listed on the RSVP page have seats reserved in their honor. However, we encourage you to enjoy a night out on us! Please keep in mind that due to venue regulations, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The venue reserves the right to ask parents/guardians to leave the premises with their children if they are found unaccompanied by an adult.
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to give a plus one to everyone. The RSVP will indicate if a seat has been reserved in your honor for a plus one.
Due to vendor deadlines, we must have a final headcount by the RSVP deadline listed on the invitation. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend and proceed accordingly. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a seat or meal if you do not RSVP.
We will miss you but we understand that everyone has busy lives and plans change! Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans have changed and you are unable to attend after the RSVP deadline. You can email us at rhcottrell2023@gmail.com to let us know.
Yes! We will have an open bar with a selection of beer, wine & spirits offered. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you (but please drink responsibly). Alcohol that is not provided by the bride & groom is not allowed on the premises.
We love your pets but we kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home so you can enjoy a night out!
The ceremony will take place in a covered, open-air chapel. Cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. The venue has alternate plans in place if we have inclement weather on our wedding day.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm. Guests who arrive after 5:00pm will be asked to wait until all members of the bridal party have reached the altar before entering the chapel.
Gifts are not necessary! Your presence is the biggest gift of all but if you wish to get a gift, we are registered at Target and Amazon. We also have cash funds under the Registry tab here on Zola.
