Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Your invitation will be made out to "your name & guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and our vendors in the timely manner they have given us.

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting.) The reception will be indoors.

Please arrive at the time listed on your invitation. For those guests invited to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner - please arrive no later than 4:15 PM. For guests invited to the evening reception/dance please arrive no earlier than 8:00 PM.

Question

Is the bar open for drinks prior to the ceremony?

Answer

No. If you'd like to get a drink prior to the ceremony, we recommend stopping in Nelson or Pepin to do so.

Question

Is there a Hotel Block?

Answer

No. Due to the Holiday weekend, we will not be blocking off any hotels. We will have a shuttle service picking up and dropping off at the Americinn in Lake City as well as the Americinn in Wabasha. If you choose to stay, we recommend those spots or the many Airbnb options throughout the area.

Question

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to bring guests from the Americinn in Lake City as well as the Americinn in Wabasha to the Venue for the ceremony and reception, and back to the hotels at the end of the night. Please check back closer to the wedding for exact times. You do not need to stay at the hotel to utilize the shuttle service.

Question

Do I need to RSVP if my invitation says “Reception - 8:00 PM”

Answer

Yes. Even if you are joining us for the evening reception (dance) beginning at 8:00 PM, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP. Our venue has a guest capacity limit, so having an accurate headcount is important. Your invitation includes a QR code card so you can scan to RSVP easily.
