FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP date?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 17th 2026.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP online right here on our wedding website! Just click the “RSVP” tab in the menu.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests plan ahead, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 o’clock Eastern Time on a Sunday. To ensure you have plenty of time to park and find your seat, please aim to arrive 20-30 minutes early.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In May, Amelia Island experiences warm and pleasant weather, transitioning from spring to summer. The average high temperatures are in the upper 70s to mid-80s, with comfortable lows in the mid-60s at night.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! You will see a large parking lot upon arrival to the Preserve. Their staff is also happy to direct you and help with any questions you may have!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we kindly request your understanding that we will not be accommodating plus ones unless specifically named on your invitation.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony and will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Formal! Garden Party Formal is basically “dress to impress,” but with a softer, outdoor feel. For the ladies, think cocktail or long, flowy gowns in florals, or soft prints. Add wedges, block heels, or cute flats since the ceremony will be on grass. For the guys, a light-colored suit or blazer is the way to go. Bottom line... look your best, feel comfortable, and lean into the garden party vibe. For more outfit inspo, check out our Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/1AOUTx99p
