Kinnitty Castle is located in the foothills of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. There are lot's of great hiking options throughout the area, including trails right from the castle. Be sure to check out the Kinnitty Pyramid!

Kinnitty Castle isn't the only area castle. Be sure to check out some of the other stunning area castles! The famously haunted Leap Castle is just a 15 minute drive and offers tours. Birr Castle Demesne was voted one of Ireland's top 10 attractions and is home to Ireland's Historic Science Center. Birr is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel.
