Yes, the dress code is black tie optional. Men are requested to wear either a suit and tie or tuxedo. Women are requested to wear formal gowns.
Yes, there are two hotels, the ALoft and Tru by Hilton, about 0.5 miles from the venue (and both hotels are next to each other). Guests also have the option to rent a house on Lake Norman through airbnb, VRBO, or Stay Lake Norman. There are trolley accommodations at specific times before the ceremony and after the reception to transport guests to and from both hotels. Although we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adult-only affair. We hope you understand and still join us on our special day!
Yes! There is plenty of parking space at the venue. However, if you are staying at the recommended hotels and would prefer not to drive, there will also be a trolley accommodation as transportation (the trolly will operate at scheduled times).
Yes! We’re excited to share there will be a trolley providing transportation to and from the recommended hotels and venue. The trolley will operate at scheduled times before the ceremony and after the reception, taking three trips before the ceremony. The trolley pick-up times will be at 3:45pm, 4pm, and 4:15pm from the hotels.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so we ask you arrive a few minutes early. The trolley will make three trips from the hotels to the ceremony at approximately 3:45pm, 4pm, and 4:15pm. Please plan accordingly!
