To make sure we start the wedding ceremony on time, we kindly ask that you arrive and be seated between 12:45-1:20pm. The groomsmen and bridal party will be ready by 1:20pm at the front doors and this will help to avoid foot traffic at the front of the Church.
The ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass and wedding ceremony. It is estimated to be 1 hour and 15 minutes long, with photos conducted in the Church afterwards for immediate family and the wedding party. Everyone else can leave after the recession line. We understand that it is a long ceremony, but please refrain from bringing food or drink into the Church.
There will be a slight gap between the end of the ceremony and the time we are able to arrive at the reception. Cocktail hour will be 4pm-5pm at Shepard Hills. Please take this time to refresh and relax at your hotel before the party begins.

St James - There are steps leading up to the front doors. There is an elevator located on the side of the Church next to the main parking lot for anyone who may need assistance. There is also a parking lot directly across the street. Shepard Hills - There is a slight incline from the parking lot leading up to the reception building. Please drop off any guests who may need assistance at the front doors and proceed to park afterwards.
