Our dress code is cocktail attire — think semi-formal but comfortable and stylish. Dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women; suits or dress pants with a button-down for men (ties optional). Long skirts and dress are preferred. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or ivory so the bride can stand out on the big day 🤍 Please keep in mind that August in North Carolina is hot and humid, and parts of our celebration will be outdoors. We recommend light, breathable fabrics like linen, chiffon, or cotton blends — and comfortable shoes you can dance in!
The best airport to fly into is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). It’s the closest major airport and offers plenty of flight options.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:45 PM so everyone has time to find their seats before the procession begins. To avoid interruptions, the venue doors will close once the ceremony starts.
For everyone’s safety, we encourage guests to use Uber, Lyft, or another rideshare service if they plan on drinking during the celebration. Alcohol will be provided at the reception, and we want everyone to enjoy the evening responsibly and get home safely. For those not planning to drink, parking is available onsite. There are many parking spaces and some handicap accessible options.
Both! Our ceremony will be conducted in English and Russian to honor and include all of our loved ones. Whether you speak one or both languages, we hope you’ll feel welcomed and connected to every special moment.
Absolutely! Bring your best moves and come dance floor ready!
Please refer to your invitation or the RSVP tab. If your guest is named on the envelope, they are invited! Otherwise, we’d love to celebrate with you solo.
We love your little ones! If children are included on your invitation—either listed by name or if it says “and family”—they’re absolutely invited. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you join us for an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception taking place indoors afterward. Since it will be August in North Carolina, we recommend dressing with warm weather in mind and staying hydrated so you can be comfortable during the ceremony.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 15th.
Yes, absolutely! Please let us know when you RSVP so we can share your dietary needs with our caterer. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy their meal.
Yes! We are registered with Zola and Amazon. You can find the links on the Registry tab of our website.
We’re so grateful for your generosity! To make things easier for travel, we kindly recommend sending gifts to our home instead of bringing them to the wedding. For your convenience, our registry is set up so all gifts ship directly to our home—no need to enter an address! If you’re planning to send something outside of the registry, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll happily share a mailing address.
