Alex and Bri's love for travel and new experiences brought them together when they both decided to teach English abroad. In 2017, they taught many classes side by side, confusing children on the different ways to pronounce the phrase "bottle of water". Throughout those eight months, conversations between the two were never ending. Two different people who shared the same values, openness and view points, enjoying everything life has to offer. Bri was drawn to Alex by his charismatic nature, and Alex was intrigued by this New Yorker's swag. Neither one of them were looking for a relationship, but their feelings for each other became obvious to their workmates. It took a festival, some Dutch courage and two friends to set the stage for Bri and Alex to express how they felt. Fast-forward six years, Bri and Alex have been long distance, survived lockdown together, road tripped around Spain and became proud cat parents, all while growing closer and more aligned with their common life goals. This is a love which was meant to be because how does a New Yorker and Kent country boy even meet in a small town outside of Barcelona?
