Yes! The bus will depart the Holiday Inn at 3:40 PM and depart the Hilton at 3:50 PM. We recommend being ready a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. Thank you!
The nearest airport to Emerson Park Pavilion is Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR), located about 45 minutes away from Auburn, NY. Both the Hilton and Holiday Inn in Auburn are easily accessible from the airport via car. If you're flying in from out of town, we recommend renting a car, utilizing rideshare services, or arranging a shuttle from the airport to your hotel. If you need any help with transportation options or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Yes, we kindly ask that guests come dressed in cocktail attire. For ladies, a chic cocktail dress or elegant separates will be perfect, and gentlemen are invited to wear a tailored suit or blazer with a tie. We’re looking forward to celebrating with you in style!
We graciously request that only those listed on your invitation attend the celebration. If you’ve received an invitation with a plus-one, we’re thrilled to welcome your guest! If you didn’t receive a plus-one, we hope you understand that our decision was based on a limited guest list. While we absolutely love children, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow our guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate your understanding!
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for parking, seating, and to ensure you don't miss a moment of the celebration. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to be seated a little earlier to enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue if you plan to take your own vehicle. If you plan to carpool, use ride-sharing services, or utilize the wedding shuttle services that’s also a great option. We look forward to seeing you there!

It’s a great opportunity to mingle before the big day! After Party Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025 Time: 11:00 PM Venue: The Refinery at Hilton Garden Inn Auburn, 74 State Street, Auburn, NY 13021 For our out-of-town guests or anyone staying at nearby hotels, join us for an after party at the bar area inside The Refinery at the Hilton. This will be a fun, relaxed way to wind down after the wedding celebration! Please note that event details may change as we get closer to the wedding, so be sure to check back for updates!
