Things To Do

While most of our guests are fellow yinzers, we encourage those who are not to head 'dahntahn' and explore all our favorite places in the wonderful city of Pittsburgh.

Strip District Terminal

2101 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222

The Strip is an iconic Pittsburgh spot. Grab a drink at Aslin, stop by the OG Primanti's for a pastrami & cheese (Sophie's favorite), and check out all the local offerings while you explore this true yinzer paradise.

The Dor-Stop Restaurant

1430 Potomac Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15216

Our first unofficial date was here, at Sam's all-time favorite breakfast spot. Unofficial because a friend was supposed to join us then bailed on purpose so we'd be alone. We sat at the bar, and Sophie barely ate because she was so nervous. Sam recommends the potato pancakes.

Mt. Washington Overlook

Grandview Ave, Pittsburgh, PA

Arguably Sophie's all-time favorite spot. She used to live up here, above the hair salon on Virginia Ave, across from the shady Shop n Save. Gordo's, The Summit, and Sloppy Joe's were all go-tos. Pop into Sloppy Joe's if you're looking for a good time, and tell DJ Pierre that Sophie says hello.
