FAQs

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to be outside overlooking the beautiful Japanese Gardens and Cherry trees. In the event of rain, it will take place on the lower level of the Buffalo History Museum at the scheduled time, surrounded by beautiful white roman columns.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes of course! If your younger children are on the invitations, they are invited. However, we want all the adults to be able to enjoy and let loose as well, so we are leaving it up to you to decide whether you will bring them, or make other arrangements. You can RSVP on this website for them. We just ask you are mindful of noises during the wedding ceremony.

Question

Are there children's meals?

Answer

Yes. Children 12 and under will receive chicken tenders for their entree.

Question

Will the Museum exhibits be open to look around?

Answer

Yes!!! That is a huge perk of our wedding here. The whole museum will be open to our guests to explore and learn.

Question

Why did we choose the Buffalo History museum?

Answer

This place has very special meaning to us. We had our first kiss on the steps of the museum. And Russell proposed 2 years later on the same steps. It only feels right to have our wedding here as well. 🌸
