What if we can't make it to St. Thomas?

Answer

We completely understand the cost of travel and taking time off work may not be achievable for some. Please join us if you are able, but we will gladly accept your warm wishes from afar! A reception will be held in Indianapolis on 05/24/2025 if you are unable to join us in St. Thomas!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Sapphire Beach Resort and Crystal Cove are the resorts closest to our wedding site. You can search on Airbnb, Bookings.com, or VRBO sites to find a rental property (type in Sapphire Beach for the location). We have linked a few selections on the travel page with flights, places to stay, and travel agents/concierge services to assist with travel arrangements. We will be staying on the East End of the Island in an Airbnb at the Pavillions and Pools Villa Hotel. Our Airbnb is just 0.08 miles from Sapphire Beach where the ceremony will be held.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP whether you will or will not attend by November 18, 2024. This allows us to give our vendors a correct court prior to the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. We ask that guests arrive at the wedding site by 09:30 AM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Bright tropical colors. Anything that you will be comfortable in under the beautiful Caribbean sun!

Will there be a reception following the ceremony?

Answer

As most of you know, we are pretty low-key so after the ceremony we plan on grabbing a quick bite to eat at a local restaurant and then enjoying the rest of the day on the beach. Feel free to join us but the real party will occur in Indy on 5/24/25!
