We ask that everyone plans to arrive 20-30 minutes early so everyone can get seated and be ready to start on time.
Yes! We will have the ceremony start time on the formal invitation. There will be an hour cocktail reception in between while the amazing venue staff is perfecting everything in the reception hall.
Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail. We want all our guests feeling comfortably fly! Ladies please note the ceremony will be held on grass so please plan accordingly in regards to shoes!
We plan to have an outdoor ceremony at our beautiful venue which has an amazing indoor option if we have inclement weather! Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be hosted outside as well! The reception will be held indoors with access to the outside patio and lawn for fresh air and yard games :)
When you receive your invitation in the mail, there will be a link to this website. Please RSVP through the "RSVP" tab. It is recommended that you RSVP by October 3, 2024. Everyone is MORE THAN WELCOME and encouraged to do so earlier. The sooner the better for us and our vendors! :)
YES! There is a shuttle that transports guests to/from The Springhill Suites By Marriott - Ashburn Dulles North and the Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun. One bus will pick up at The Springhill Suites By Marriot - Ashburn Dulles North first at 2:00 PM and then depart for the venue at 2:15 PM. The other bus is going the Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun and will pick up at 2:00 PM and depart at 2:05 PM.
There are limited parking spots at the venue so please plan accordingly! When it comes to Uber/Lyft there is a good chance you would be able to catch one FROM Ashburn/Leesburg TO the venue BUT there will be LIMITED IF ANY that will be circling the area willing to pick you up from the venue to take you back to where you are staying so please plan on driving or hoping on the shuttle back to the main hotel!
We will only be providing transportation from the hotels. There are only a limited amount of parking spots at the venue itself. Uber/Lyft to the venue should be rather accessible; however, leaving the venue after the reception might be difficult to access rideshare so please plan accordingly.
The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! We will have an open bar with several different selections of beer & wine and will also be offering two different signature cocktails! We know how much our family and friends love liquid courage, especially when it comes time to hit the dance floor!! Please drink responsibly!
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to a limited capacity, we can only incorporate the individuals listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding <3
We have selected AMAZING professional photographers and videographers to capture this special moment in our life. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes of absolutely no cell phone use during the ceremony. Afterwards, please capture at your heart's desire!
