The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5pm. Please arrive early and enjoy the music of the Atlantic String Ensemble.
The ceremony will be held at Thee Olde Chapel in downtown Riverside. Thee Olde Chapel was built in Riverside in 1927 by famed architect, G. Stanley Wilson. After years of neglect, the original church on 14th has been restored to its historic charm and is now used for intimate wedding ceremonies. Features: Mission-style Spanish architecture, Original stained glass windows, and Vintage touches throughout the venue.
Free on-site parking is available at Thee Olde Chapel on weekends and after 5 PM on Fridays. Parking lots for Thee Olde Chapel are located on both sides of the building. Feel free to leave your car parked at Thee Olde Chapel and then use Uber or Lyft to get to the reception at the Riverside Art Musuem.
Cocktail hour for our reception starts at 6pm. Please enjoy the charcuterie from "Will You Brie Mine" and the open bar provided by the Smoking Gun Saloon. Around 6:45pm we will start to encourage guests to head to the rooftop for dinner. Dinner will be starting around 7:00pm along with the arrival of the newly wedded couple!
The reception will be held at the Riverside Art Museum. Located in the historic Mission Inn district of downtown Riverside, the architecturally significant 1929 building is a former YWCA facility designed by Hearst Castle and AIA Gold Medal-winning architect Julia Morgan. The building’s distinctive architecture as a work of art in its own right brought it to the attention of the Riverside Art Center in the 1960s. Purchased from the YWCA on July 5, 1967, Morgan’s building became the proud home of the Riverside Art Museum. You'll know it's the Riverside Art Museum because the building looks like a museum and the word "ART" is in bright colors on the front lawn.
Metered street and lot parking is available along Mission Inn Ave (street Riverside Art Museum is located on). All street and city lot parking is free after 7:00pm in downtown Riverside. There is a city lot across the street from the Riverside Art Museum. Please visit https://parkatriverside.com/ for a detailed map of Riverside street parking and city lots.
