No, you will take the elevator to the bottom floor and walk next door to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at the hotel you can park in their parking lot. There is also parking at the Excelsior Springs Event Center.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please join us for the ceremony at 4:00 pm. We recommend arriving by 3:30 pm to be seated.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The most common advice is to return your RSVP as soon as you know your schedule. The deadline is August 15th, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear Cocktail Attire as a minimum. That includes cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
