FAQsFAQs

Question

Are children welcome?Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your children! However, our wedding and related events will be for adults only. We look forward to celebrating with your entire family another time.

Question

Is black tie attire required? Is black tie attire required?

Answer

Black tie is encouraged—we want you to have a chance to break out that tux/ballgown you’ve been dying to wear! Cocktail attire is a solid choice if that’s not your situation. The welcome event will be holiday cocktail.

Question

What about parking?What about parking?

Answer

For the welcome event, we strongly encourage you to Uber. Parking in our neighborhood is very limited (especially on Fridays) and our driveway will be in use by the caterer. For the main event, there will be a valet available. If you intend to drive, we will have an option on the RSVP to indicate this and it’s important to let us know so we can give the valet an estimate prior to the event.

Question

What’s this I hear about a phone-free event?What’s this I hear about a phone-free event?

Answer

We are so excited to bring together such a diverse group of the very most important people in our lives. We’d love for you to have the chance to get to know each other, free from distraction. We even hired a photographer just so you wouldn’t have to worry about taking pictures yourself! We kindly ask that you refrain from using phones throughout the evening, and ask that you only do so away from other guests if you must use your phone.

Question

What's this after party all about? What's this after party all about?

Answer

It'll Do is one of our favorite hangouts. It's an EDM club, so expect busy and loud. It's a dive. This part of the evening is optional. We have bought the five tables available at the club, so those who come will have some room to hang out off the dance floor. Not to discourage anyone, but unless you enjoy the EDM music scene and a club environment, this event is probably not going to be enjoyable for you. For those who do want to attend, please RSVP so that we can get a count for tickets. We will be changing clothes prior to going to It'll Do.
