We came together in recovery. Met at a meeting and started talking about music and that was a wrap. He has grown into a great, humble and driven man which I saw in him on that day, and we have become brothers in this journey. He leads with passion for running and giving the message of hope to others who want to overcome adversity like we did. I'm very proud to call him a brother and to have him as my best man.

Cecily is an exquisite tornado. I honestly didn't think I'd ever have the chance to meet her because of the road my addiction took me down but God had the grace to put her in my life. I'll never forget the first time I met her at the Christening and she crawled in my lap afterwards. I went upstairs and cried because I was so overwhelmed with gratitude, and I am so blessed to have this little sassy girl walking down the aisle in front of me.

Kiersten is a force to be reckoned with. She has a heart of gold and is one of the most spiritual people we know. When Russel came into the rooms, she was there and 5 years later when I came into the rooms, she was there. She's been a rock for both of us in our recovery, is always quick with words of wisdom and an easy laugh. We are truly honored to have her marry us.
