Heather Rosing is the liaison between us and our wedding contract with the resort. Please use the link below in her info section for room booking to ensure you are in our wedding block and we get the most group amenities possible. You can reserve your room for around $130 down per person for room only or $230 down per person for air+hotel. You can pay-as-you-go throughout the year or pay full cost upfront. Final payment is due about 60 days prior to departure. Heather will also coordinate your transportation to and from the resort when you land in Puerto Vallarta. Remember you will need a valid passport! See her info below

Booking Your Flight

You may book your flight through Heather or you may book your flight separate from your room booking. We recognize that many of you would like to use your airline points/miles to pay for flights. We only ask that you communicate your flight itinerary to Heather if you do not book your flight with her, so that she can coordinate your transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, or assist you if any problems arise In the event of inclement weather or an emergency, Heather can assist you with finding alternate flights to get you to Puerto Vallarta. It is Heather’s priority to make sure that all of our guests get to PV safely and with the least amount of stress possible. We recommend www.google.com/flights for the best flight deals.
