Matron of Honor
Who knew a 13 page legislative paper on gluacoma in nursing school could bring me such a special friendship. Since nursing school, we now take turns traveling to NYC and DC to visit each other. Two years ago, I was standing by Courtney at the Davenport Mansion as she became a Centuori. I'm so happy to have Court by my side as matron of honor as I become a Powers.
Best Man
Although six years separate my brother and I, it hasn't stopped us from being best friends. Some of my oldest memories involve magic cards, SNES, dover street, football games, death tubing and countless other summer Tilghman vacations, winter family holidays, fall barbeques, and spring weekends! As a younger brother, I've always looked up to Jeff, and he will stand by my side on my big day nearly 14 years after I did the same for him. He has provided me a great example of how to juggle the roles of husband, father, brother, and professional. One thing I don't plan to follow is his poor fantasy football skills! Love ya bro!

Coming in with 31 years of friendship, Kristi and I have been through it all- preschool, elementary school, middle school, highschool, and college together! I like to argue our friendship even started before preschool as our parents went to the same college- shout out to York College!
Groomsman
Trevin and I have been nearly inseparable since meeting at PSU freshman year. My family swears he's only missed one family vacation since 2006. From vacations, concerts, boating, football, festivals, beaches, overseas travels and even work....you can imagine the stories that come along with that kind of friendship. Trevin will be very happy as I enter this next chapter in my life as he can finally get rid of me as a third wheel in his relationship!
Bridesmaid
I'll always be thankful to Inova Fairfax Hospital for bringing Ana into my life....from coworker to best friend! Ana wears many hats in our friendship...from personal stylist, life coach, hiking/walking buddy...the list is endless! I would be lost with you Ana! 535 miles may separate us now, but our friendship hasn't missed a beat!
Groomsman
Jimmy has the distinctive honor of not only being Jen's older brother, but also being one of my best friends! We met my freshman year at PSU in 2006 and our friendship hasn't missed a beat since! According to Jen, she always made comments about me to Jim...for years, but he never thought to pass it along to me! Years later, he couldn't be more supportive and a better friend and brother to the both of us. Fun fact- we both have a golden retriever who are brother and sister! Can't wait to officially be able to call you a brother!
Bridesmaid
To the lady who can always make me laugh! Karen and I met at work, but we quickly developed a lasting friendship. We spent 2 years exploring (by foot!) the DC area....from runs to the zoo, City Center, Supreme Court, DC monuments, White House, and DC's voted "best pizza" spot. Whatever the adventure, I always knew I would have some good laughs and a great workout.
Groomsman
Mike is the youngest of the McLean siblings. Jen and Mike have always been very close...she's known to be super protective over him! Watch out ladies! I've known Mike since he first came to PSU as a freshman and I was a senior. We've always had a great time together. He's provided a very warm welcome into the McLean family. Can't wait to have you as a brother!

Vegas Baby!! What's my name again?!?! Back seat of my Rover! Cuatro cervezas por favor! It's only been 2 years of friendship, but I see many more years to come with many more family vacations :0)
Groomsman
Josh and I may have met at PSU, but most our friendship comes from being each other's partner in crime during numerous long weekend mini-vacations. Several years ago we spontaneously booked a ski-trip to Breckenridge, CO on a Sunday and we were on the slopes 4 days later. If you're looking for a fun and wild time, Josh is a requirement. There's never a dull moment!

Finally, I'm getting a sister! Kristy was the first person who discovered Russ and I were dating....she even interrogated me AT WORK! ha. Thanks for providing a warm welcome to the family....and giving me the green light to go to bed early at 9pm. Strength in numbers!
Groomsman
Since marrying my sister, Mike and I have become close friends. We enjoy the same sports, board games, and video games. Death before defeat, where we dropping in next! Mike has been a great addition to my family as he always brings the hilarity to every event.
Groomsman
Another college floormate, another life-long best friend. Over the past 13 years, Justin and I have probably been to over 50 Penn State Football games together. Depending on the outcome of the game, one of us typically has be to the calming voice to the other haha. I'm sure we'll get a loud rebel yell from him on our wedding day! YEYEYEYE!
Groomsman
Max and I also met at PSU and became housemates our sophomore year. We initially bonded over lazy Sundays on adjacent couches with football on the TV and wings on the table. Doesn't get much better than that! Since college, Max and I only get to see each other several times a year, but when we do, its like we never missed a day!
Reader
Steph and Jeff have been married for over 16 years and she's been a part of Russ's life for more than half of it. She's a great wife and mother and we find it fitting for a current Mrs. Powers to offer us advice and give a Reading during our ceremony!
Junior Groomsman and Flower Girls
Jen and I love being an Uncle and future Aunt to these 4 and are so happy they can celebrate with us! The Powers and McDowell children are always having fun at Tilghman being thrown around the pool do why would our wedding be any different!
