What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not using our shuttle services, we recommend you arrive 30-40minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking. There are several parking garages along the block, as well as street parking available.

Will a shuttle be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle picking up guests at our hotel block to take you to and from the ceremony. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to take advantage of the shuttle to and from the church. There is parking available at the hotel and across the street from the reception venue for your convenience. More details to come!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire for the occasion. Gentlemen may wear suits or dressy separates. Please refrain from wearing jeans. Ladies are invited to choose floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses. To honor the couple and traditional wedding attire etiquette, we kindly ask guests to avoid shades of white, including ivory, cream, and pale blush. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest?

We’re so grateful for your excitement in celebrating with us! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If a plus-one was not included, we kindly ask that you not bring an additional guest. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this celebration is adults-only!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Our cocktail hour and reception will both feature open bars throughout the evening. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, we’ll also have a selection of mocktails to enjoy. Be sure to try Evan’s signature Lemon Drop Martini🍸 and Sophia’s signature mocktail, the Orange Crush! 🍊
