Justin & Emily met in 2017 when they both lived in Bethesda, MD and were lucky to be able to start out as friends for a solid year before they realized their feelings for each other. It was a seamless transition into dating and now they’re thrilled to be getting married!

Justin was on his A-game for the proposal. They’d planned a trip to the Finger Lake region to celebrate Emily’s birthday and to escape the pandemic quarantine world for a bit. Justin had sneakily enlisted Emily’s friends to make sure she got a mani-pedi and whilst also keeping her in the dark, and also schemed to have a photographer friend of his (shout out to Daniel!) to join us for a day. On the second day of their trip. Justin emphatically needed to go through a stroll in the vineyard adjacent to the house they were staying in and Daniel somehow also needed to walk extra slowly and take pictures. The result was a heartfelt, beautiful proposal that brought both Justin and Emily to tears. We’re both thrilled to be able to share our wedding day with the people we love best in this world!
