The ceremony will take place at the gurdwara, and guests will be seated on the ground—so please wear modest, comfortable clothing you can sit in with ease. Head coverings are required during the ceremony; scarves and bandanas will be provided, and if you’d like to wear a turban, just let us know and we’ll help you tie one. For those new to Sikh ceremonies: covering your head and dressing respectfully are standard gurdwara customs, and we’ll make sure everything you need is available at the entrance.
