This is the best airport to fly into since all the pre events will be in northern California. Other fly in airport options are Sacramento (SMF), Oakland (OAK), San Jose (SJC). If you are staying in Sacramento, We highly suggest SMF airport.

This is the best airport to fly back home. The reception will be in Bakersfield, CA. Bakersfield is closer to Southern California. The LAX airport is about 1:45 minutes away from Bakersfield.
