What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the ceremony by 5:00pm if you are driving directly to the ceremony/venue. If you are taking our hotel transportation, please follow the bus schedule at your hotel. Buses will start departing between 4:30-4:45

We love your children, but we are having an adults only ceremony and reception. We hope you can appreciate a night off!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus one, you're more than welcome to bring a guest! If your invite does not include a plus-one, we kindly ask that you respect the seating arrangements.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want everyone to feel comfortable in what they wear, but we ask that our guests adhere to our dress code, which is Black Tie Optional. This includes a suit and tie or tuxedo for men and a mid-length or floor length dress for women.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
If you are driving to our ceremony/reception space, there is ample parking available. Valet parking specifically will be available at the entrance of the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Please refer to the Travel and Transportation section for more details. We have room blocks at three different hotels in the area and will be providing transportation to and from the venue from all three hotels.

What is the closest airport if I am coming from out of town?
Answer
There are two major airports in the area for you to choose from: - John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK): Approximately a 30 minute uber ride to the hotels/venue (outside of rush hour). If you prefer, there is public transportation available. You can go to Terminal 8, take the Air Train to the Jamaica Station and then take the Ronkonkoma Branch of the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) two stops to the Bethpage Station (~25 minutes). From here, it's a 10 minute uber ride to the hotels. Let us know if you'd like help navigating NY public transportation! - Laguardia Airport (LGA): Approximately a 35 minute uber ride fro the hotels/venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Friday, May 2nd. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you are not able to attend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding. Once our wedding gets closer, we will include specific times for each hotel pick up.

Is there an after party?
Answer
Of course! The after party will take place at one of the three hotels, Four Points by Sheraton. If you plan to attend, we strongly suggest booking a room at this hotel (this is where we'll be staying!). The other two hotels are located across the street and we will have uber options for those who are staying at the other two hotels, but would like to attend the after party. There will be an Uber voucher in your hotel welcome bag that can be used to get back to your hotel following the after party.
