How do I get from my hotel to The Cove for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Shuttles run continuously from the entrance of each hotel. Be sure to check the shuttle’s route before boarding, as they do not all go to the same destinations and some stop at other resorts. Walking through Atlantis is also an option—just allow extra time, as it can be a bit of a walk from the Coral.

What's at the Cabanas at The Cove Pool?

Answer

There will be 2 Cabanas reserved as a meeting spot for anyone who wants to stop by! The Cove Pool has a restaurant, bar, table games and sun chairs for relaxing. The bride and groom will be in and out throughout the day. The pool is open from 11am to 6pm. To receive your wristband, please visit the Transit Area at The Cove and mention "Ruocco Wedding". The desk is located on the first floor next to the elevators that lead to the guest rooms. Each person must be present in order to receive their own wristband.

Is there transportation to and from Atlantis to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes—multiple shuttles will be picking up from the entrance of each hotel and will run from 3:45pm to 4:15pm. Return shuttles will begin heading back to Atlantis at 10pm and will continue running until the last dancers leave the dance floor.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will begin departing Atlantis at 3:45pm, the Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp!

Answer

The Beach Club at The Ocean Club Estates. (Take Paradise Island Drive towards the Ocean Club Golf Course, take a left on North Shore Terrace, take your second left and the venue is located at the end of that road.)
