When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know your plans at least one month before the wedding (September 23rd). This helps us and the vendors plan out food and drink amounts.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please know that your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have been asking for gift ideas, we’ve created an online registry with Zola. You can find it on this very site, under "Registry".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Kalero Vineyard between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. Our ceremony begins right at 5:00pm. Please refer to the Travel page for information on shuttles to and from the hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in Cocktail Attire or Semi-Formal Dress. We recommend checking the weather a week or so beforehand and bringing a light sweater if you tend to get cold. Late October can be unpredictable and the ceremony will be held outside!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite has a specific person's name or "Guest", you received a plus one. Please reach out to us at runyonkel@gmail.com if you think your group number is incorrect.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at Kalero Vineyard.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged a shuttle service to and from the Aloft Dulles Hotel in Ashburn. See the Travel page for more details.
