Guests without military ID must submit the following after RSVP submittal: • First & Last Name (as shown on driver’s license) • Date of Birth • Driver’s License Number & State of Issuance • Identification must be “Real ID” or passport Exceptions: military, DoD civilians, retired military, & minors (18 or under).
All guests must present a government-issued "REAL ID" or U.S. passport for base access. Guests without proper ID will not be permitted entry (with exception of military, DoD civilians, military retirees, and children under 18 yrs)
Once you RSVP, please email the required base entry info for each member of your invitation to "runningwiththerunnels@yahoo.com" by February 5, 2026.
Arriving at the venue twenty minutes early is a great idea! This ensures finding the venue, securing parking, and getting settled before it begins. If staying in San Diego, note the venue is an hour away. Please adjust travel time accordingly.
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes! Please note any special requests when you RSVP. If vegan, please select "vegetarian" and enter "vegan" in the section for dietary restrictions.
The ceremony will take place outside and the reception inside.
Historically, Oceanside/San Diego has mild weather with average high temperatures around 67 degrees and average lows around 54 degrees. Expect pleasant, mild temperatures during the day and cooler in the evening.
